If you deal in, or have dealings with,
commercial and/or industrial real estate
investments and holdings in the Greater
Philadelphia area, we encourage you to
consider membership in the Chester
County Commercial Industrial Investment
Council. Click

The cost of dues is only $60 per
calendar year. Members are entitled but
not required to attend the
organization's monthly meetings, which
often are held at new or developing
properties of interest. Members also
receive regular informational mailings
on topics of relevance and interest.
CIIC conducts an annual member
luncheon, featuring a topical guest
speaker. In addition, it conducts two
forums each year that focus on trends
and developments in commercial and
industrial real estate. Attendance at
these functions is occasionally at
additional cost.
