About the CIIC
The Chester County Commercial
Industrial Investment Council ("the
CIIC"), located
in southeastern Pennsylvania, is a
not-for-profit organization of
professionals in career fields relating
to commercial and industrial real
estate. Our group works closely with the
Chester
County Economic Development Council.
The CIIC takes an active interest in
- addressing public policies that
affect the welfare of commercial and
industrial real estate transactions
and, more broadly, the business
health of Pennsylvania;
- promoting beneficial interaction
and networking among members, and
between members and others in the
business community;
- building the knowledge base of our
members, and building public
awareness of the organization.
Our monthly meetings serve as a forum
for members and their guests to network
and keep up on the latest real estate
and business transactions in the county,
Greater Philadelphia, and adjacent
suburbs.
A board of directors, comprised of
elected and/or appointed CIIC
member-volunteers, is the organization's
decision-making body. CIIC operations
are overseen by designated staff of the
Chester County Economic Development Council under
a cooperative arrangement.
We welcome new members. Please visit
our membership
pages for more information about
joining our group.
