The Benefits of Membership

Membership in the Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council offers a wide variety of benefits:

• Networking opportunities
  It's not how big your Rolodex (or PDA) is that matters; it's who's listed in it! Meeting just the right person -- the one who can make a much-needed connection or seal a deal -- is one of the greatest attractions of CIIC membership. As a member, you'll have the chance to greet and talk with some of the Greater Philadelphia area's most admired movers and shakers in commercial real estate and economic development.
• Inclusion in the CIIC Membership Directory
  The directory is distributed to all CIIC members and is a valuable networking and business tool. Just as importantly, members are listed in the directories here at our website ... by last name, by company, and by location. Over time, we'll directly link membership entries to members' e-mail addresses and websites, making this a valuable connection portal for vendors and clients alike.
• Sponsorship opportunities
  Members and their companies can, for a reasonable fee, sponsor selected meetings and site visits to address participants about their products and services.
• Sponsored site visits
  CIIC regularly conducts meetings for members at sites suggested by our sponsors. These meetings are well attended, and gives those who participate a chance to see and explore a featured property or service. Sponsored site visits are usually held every other month. • Twice-yearly members' forums
  Twice annually, in the spring and fall, CIIC conducts members' forums, at which topics of particular interest to those in commercial real estate are discussed. These forums serve a valuable educational purpose, as well as offer networking opportunities. Please check our Events Page for specifics.
• Special focus forums
  On occasion or as warranted, CIIC also conducts special themed forums that address a particular need or desire indicated by our members. These themed forums -- our Building Technology Forum is one such event -- often are headlined by speakers of regional or national prominence with recognized expertise. An attendance fee is usually charged.
