- "Changes in Commercial Development" is the topic of the CII Counci's annual Fall Forum, to be held Sept. 25 from 4-7 p.m. at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center, Great Valley. Members' tickets available today at the door are $40; non-members, $45.
